myGate products are covered by a 3- year Limited Warranty starting from the manufacture date printed on the product. Subject to conditions hereinafter set out, Proteco Srl shall remedy any defect of the products resulting from faulty design, materials or workmanship. This warranty does not cover other products than myGate branded products and warranty terms are strictly subject to the respect of use and maintenance instructions supplied by the manufacturer.
In case of valid warranty claim Proteco Srl will discretional repair or replace the product, provided that the fault does arise from abuse, misapplications, alterations or repairing not authorised by Proteco Srl. This limited warranty on all goods is on a return for repair basis. When returning a product under the warranty terms you need to provide an original proof of purchase. No return for warranty claim will be considered without the original proof of purchase. Subject to the applicable consumer law in your jurisdiction, all packing, freight and insurance costs for the return of products to Proteco are at customer’s charge.
Proteco Srl shall not be liable to end user or to any third party for any damages either direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or otherwise (including in each case, but not limited to, damages for the inability to use the equipment, loss of business, loss of profits, business interruption or the like) arising out of the use of or inability to use the goods. In accordance with its policy of progressive improvement, Proteco Srl reserves the right to alter the specification and/or price of any article without prior notice without incurring any liability. Notwithstanding any damages that you might incur for any reason whatsoever (including, without limitation, all damages referenced herein and all direct or general damages in contract or anything else), the entire liability of Proteco Srl be limited to the amount actually paid for the goods.

In order to protect the system from electric surcharges and power failures, we recommend the use of a main circuit breaker and a UPS suitable to the system.
Proteco Srl grants during the Warranty Period and in case of normal use and service, the product to be free from faulty parts, manufacture and workmanship. The Warranty Period starts for the production date printed on the product. In case a warranty claim is accepted, Proteco Srl will, at its costs, repair or replace any faulty parts or rectify any faulty workmanship.
Please note that no warranty claim will be accepted in case of:
Mishandling or bad maintenance of the product.
Unauthorised servicing or modification of the product.
Abuse, misapplications, negligence, electrical surcharges.
Misuse, non compliance with the installation and use instructions provided with the product.
Any disfigurement, removal, tampering of product labels.
Failure to follow the operating instructions or accidents (ex. falls, oxidation, electrical overcharges).
Shipment or other transit damage
When returning a product for warranty claim, please do not forget to provide together with the original proof of purchase your complete contact details (name, address, telephone number and/or e-mail address) so we can contact you back for any updating about your returned goods.
